Terms and Conditions

Please make sure you read all information thoroughly before your visit to the Garden Spa.

Age Requirements: The Minimum age to use the Spa Facilities is 16 when accompanied by an adult and 18+ to have any spa treatment. This however can be amended to 16 if a parent or guardian accompanies them whilst having the treatment.

Group Bookings: To provide the best and most relaxing spa experiences for all our guests we do limit all group bookings to a maximum of 6 people. However, in certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate larger groups upon request and with plenty of notice.

Pregnancy: Whilst we have some treatments available to our expectant mothers, we are unable to perform any treatment if you are under 12 weeks (First Trimester). We do Not recommend that you use the Thermal Rooms; Salt Inhalation Room, Steam Room or Sauna and only use the Hydrotherapy pool and hot tubs whilst the jets are off, however, you are advised to seek advice from your GP or Midwife prior to making a booking.

Health: On booking, please advise us of any health conditions, medications, injuries, or allergies that may affect your choice of Spa Day or Spa treatment. If you have undergone any surgery in the last 6 months, you should seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor. Please note if you are undergoing treatment for any type of Cancer, we do require a written document from your consultant to say you are able to go ahead with the treatment at the Garden Spa. If you are unable to provide this upon arrival to your appointment, we will not be able to carry out the booked treatment.

Payment: Full Payment is required at time of booking. We are unable to reserve bookings without payment. All bookings must comply with our “Cancellation policy” listed below and all prices include VAT and are per person.

Packages & Prices: Packages and Prices are subject to change without notice. Spa treatments do not include spa access and does require pre-booking to avoid disappointment. Spa Gift Vouchers

When making a part or full payment with a Gift voucher please provide it to us upon arrival at the Spa Reception. If your visit to us is part or fully paid and you fail to attend your appointment your voucher will become void. All other cancellation charges are shown in our cancellation policy listed below. All Vouchers do have an expiration date printed on them. Any vouchers that expire will be void.

Arrival Times: We would advise you to arrive between 15-20 Minutes prior to your booking to allow sufficient time for our spa team to welcome you, fill out any pre-treatment health forms and any other information necessary to your visit with us. We do have a appointment schedule that we must adhere to, a late arrival may mean that treatment time needs to be reduced or we are unable to honour your treatment booking. Please note that in such cases, no refunds would be made.

Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and the use of electronic vapes are not permitted in any indoor or outdoor area of the Garden Spa. You will be asked to leave the Spa facilities and directed to the nearest smoking area.

Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages: Any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages consumed on the Spa premises must be purchased from the Garden Spa. No Glass may be taken into the Spa areas including the changing facilities and the outdoor garden area, any found to be on the premises will be confiscated until your departure of the Garden Spa. We ask that you show consideration to all our guests when consuming alcohol in the Garden Spa. Any Disruptive or noisy behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave the facilities without any form of refund.

What to bring with you: We provide you with a Towel and Robe on arrival, any additional robes you require will be an additional £5.00 charge. We DO NOT provide any flip flops, we do ask our guests to bring their own to wear throughout your spa experience, alternatively you can purchase some from the spa reception for £2.00 which you can take away with you. Please note it is not unusual for jewellery to tarnish and swimwear fade with the required levels of chlorination to keep our water safe. The Garden Spa will not accept any responsibility for the deterioration of any swimwear or jewellery that becomes tarnished. Please check all swimwear care instructions and remove all jewellery before entering the Garden Spa.

Valuables: Lockers are available to use throughout your visit at the Garden Spa. No responsibility can be accepted by the company for any loss of valuables brought into the Garden Spa. The company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury however caused to our guests, their property, or belongings.

Dietary Requirements: We are happy to cater for dietary requirements, we do ask that you notify us of these prior to arrival so we can make sure we can accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that we can cater for dietary needs without prior notice.

Hotel Guests: Spa Treatments and access are an additional extra for all guests unless booked within a spa break package and will need to be pre booked prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We can appreciate that not everything always goes to plan, and we will always do our best to accommodate your situation and to avoid disappointment, please be aware of the following that will apply to all bookings.

Non-Arrivals – Full Payment non refundable.

Cancellation within 7 days to Arrival date – Full payment charge, no refund.

Cancellation between 7 and 30 days – 50% Charge.

Cancellation with more than 30 days before arrival 25% Charge.

Any date changes within 7 days of arrival will require a £10 admin fee.

At our discretion and for Health and Safety reasons we may restrict the use of outdoor areas due to adverse weather conditions, as well as any mechanical or electrical breakdowns that are usually beyond our control, although we will try our best to resolve these as soon as possible, no refunds will be given in any such instance.
