We can appreciate that not everything always goes to plan, and we will always do our best to accommodate your situation and to avoid disappointment, please be aware of the following that will apply to all bookings.

Non-Arrivals – Full Payment non refundable.

Cancellation within 7 days to Arrival date – Full payment charge, no refund.

Cancellation between 7 and 30 days – 50% Charge.

Cancellation with more than 30 days before arrival 25% Charge.

Any date changes within 7 days of arrival will require a £10 admin fee.

At our discretion and for Health and Safety reasons we may restrict the use of outdoor areas due to adverse weather conditions, as well as any mechanical or electrical breakdowns that are usually beyond our control, although we will try our best to resolve these as soon as possible, no refunds will be given in any such instance.
